Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Luton Hoo was mixed—while the surroundings and the hotel itself are absolutely stunning, the service left a lot to be desired. I loved the spacious and well-kept rooms, and the property's character truly shines. However, the lack of attentive service during my stay and the limited dining options on certain nights were disappointing. Overall, it’s a lovely place to unwind, but be prepared for some hiccups in service.
I had high expectations for our stay at Luton Hoo, given its grand facade and past reputation, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by various disappointments. The rooms were spacious and had a touch of elegance, but the dining options fell flat, with cold and uninspiring food. The location is picturesque, yet facilities like the spa urgently need improvement. While it could be a stunning retreat, I left feeling let down after paying quite a premium for my stay.
Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful, marked by spacious and beautifully kept rooms, as well as friendly, attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure our comfort. However, the spa facilities were somewhat lacking, and the dining experience could have been improved with more variety and faster service. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway that I would gladly revisit.
I had a lovely time during my afternoon tea visit, enjoying the beautiful historical building and stunning views from the terrace. The staff was attentive and the tea was delicious, which made for a wonderful experience. However, my experience during the New Year stay was less positive due to some organizational issues, and a recent stay left me feeling disappointed with the room quality for the price paid.
